Privacy is one of our top values. We collect only what we need to sell, bill and support the software you buy, and we never sell your data.

1. Data we collect

Customers: name, email, billing address, country, tax ID if you provide one, and order history.
Payment details: card data is entered on and processed by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
Suppliers and contacts: name, email, company and the details you send when you contact us.
Technical data: basic logs such as IP address and browser type, used for security and fraud prevention.

2. How we use it

To process orders, payments, renewals and refunds.
To calculate and report taxes.
To prevent fraud and keep our service secure.
To send receipts and service messages, and to answer your requests.
To meet legal and accounting obligations.

3. Who we share it with

The Supplier of the software you bought, so they can give you access and support.
Service providers that help us run PayRamp, such as payment processing (Stripe), hosting and email, under confidentiality terms.
Tax authorities and others when the law requires it.

We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. How long we keep it

We keep order and tax records for as long as tax and accounting laws require. Other data is deleted when we no longer need it.

5. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Email contact@payramp.co and we will reply within 30 days. Some records must be kept by law.

6. Security

We protect your data with encryption in transit, access controls and trusted providers.

7. International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. When it is, we use appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.

8. Cookies

payramp.co uses only the cookies needed for the site and checkout to work.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
