Terms of Service

Last updated: October 7, 2026

1. Who we are

PayRamp ("PayRamp", "we", "us") is an authorized reseller and Merchant of Record for software products made by third-party software companies ("Suppliers"). When you buy a product through PayRamp, you buy it from PayRamp. PayRamp is the seller, and PayRamp's name appears on your receipt and card statement.

2. Scope

These terms apply to every purchase made through a PayRamp checkout and to your use of payramp.co. The Supplier's own terms of use govern how you use the software itself. If the two conflict on payment, billing, refunds or taxes, these terms apply.

3. Orders and pricing

  • Prices are shown at checkout before you pay, with any applicable sales tax or VAT.
  • Your order is accepted when we confirm payment and send your receipt.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of suspected fraud or a pricing error. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

4. Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
  • We charge your saved payment method at each renewal at the price shown at checkout, unless we tell you about a change in advance.
  • You can cancel at any time from the link in your receipt or by emailing contact@payramp.co. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the paid period.

5. Taxes and invoices

As the seller, PayRamp calculates, collects and pays applicable sales tax, VAT and similar taxes. We issue a receipt for every payment. Business customers can request an invoice with their tax details.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled by PayRamp under our Refund Policy.

7. Delivery and support

After payment, the Supplier gives you access to the software, usually right away. Product questions are handled by the Supplier. Billing, payment and refund questions are handled by PayRamp at contact@payramp.co.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use PayRamp to commit fraud, to make purchases you are not authorized to make, or to break any law. Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can resolve the issue.

9. Liability

The software is provided by the Supplier. To the extent allowed by law, PayRamp's total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it, and PayRamp is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not affect orders already placed.
